Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! I hope you all had a terrific time celebrating the holidays and being with friends and family. As I mentioned in my last post, I got home from Africa, spent Christmas here in Oregon for a few days and then promptly left for Northern California. Since late November, I have just spent a few nights in my own bed. My time away has taught me a lot and I am getting to think about how that will all play out and integrate into my life here.

First I have to finish a writing assignment for Barclay Press and take care of those things that are acting like a tea pot whistling on the stove, impatient and ready to be dealt with. My computer isn't back yet but I have a good report back from the doctor for which I am very grateful. It will be nice to have it back to normal.

I will write more later, for now I need to head home, eat lunch, and spend some more time writing about Psalm 47. May God's peace and love be with you wherever you go.
